Sikar & Jhunjhunu Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd., Palsana is a Co-operative organization registered in 1983 under Rajasthan Cooperative Societies act 1965. It is an affiliated milk union of Rajasthan Co-operative Dairy Federation Jaipur. Sikar Dairy Plant was established in June 2005 at palsana under SGSY special project with modern dairy technology plant & 60 KLPD.

Its area of operation is Sikar & Jhunjhunu district. Its motto is to procure milk through village level Dairy Cooperative Societies at a remunerative price at their door step round the year along with technical input services such as supply of cattle feed and feed supplement, Veterinary services such as AI and Natural services, Animal treatment, Vaccination etc. And to made available safe and good quality milk and milk products to consumers at a competitive price.

Sikar Milk Union has got a modern and technologically updated plant which can handle up to 1 lac liter of milk per day.

Over the years, there has not been looking back for Sikar Dairy and the significant growth has been made in all fields i.e. procurement, processing and production of various milk and milk products and marketing thereof under the brand name of SARAS. The plant is managed and operated by well-qualified, competent and experienced managerial cadre and highly motivated work force to provide highest quality of products and best of the services to our esteemed customers.

Milk Union also takes care for all round development of its producers, which includes socio economic development. Most of milk producers are Small, Marginal or Landless.
